Rosneft-Aero increased sales volume of aviation fuel at Moscow airports by 26%

In the year 2017 Rosneft-Aero marketed at Moscow airports more than 1.3 million tons of jet fuel (26% increase y-o-y).
This achievement is an outcome of Rosneft's strategy aimed at increasing sales to end-customers within key growing markets.
Moscow aviation hub, which includes the airports Vnukovo, Domodedovo and Sheremetyevo, plays an important role in national and international flights network. The Moscow hub is among 10 busiest in the world and the third biggest in Europe with an annual passenger traffic of circa 90 million passengers pa.
In 2017 Rosneft-Aero also increased an efficiency of document management by approximately 50 times, shortening the timing of contract signing procedure to one hour. Cloud document management service demonstrated its main advantages, significantly reducing the effort, cost and speed of documents’ delivery. Using this ERP system will enable Rosneft-Aero, as a client-oriented and technologically advanced company, to offer best possible deals for its customers.
To improve the safety of air transportation and strengthen the control over the quality of aviation fuel, the fuel and lubricant laboratory of Sheremetyevo fuel facility in 2017 was one of the first in the Russian aviation industry to receive a certificate of compliance with the requirements of the International Standard ISO / IEC 17025: 2005. Experts' professional competence, international level of processes in the quality analysis of aviation fuel, oils, lubricants and special liquids, as well as reliability of tests and reliability of results were highly appreciated by experts.
The receipt of certificates is a recognition at the national and international level of the laboratory quality, which significantly increases overall facility competitiveness. The company is constantly improving its processes taking into account the requirements of latest international standards. Similar procedures are being carried out for all other laboratories of Rosneft-Aero.
