Procurement processes in which Rosneft Aero participates are governed by the Procurement Act of 2011 (governing purchases of goods, works, and services by legal entities and passed on July 18, 2011) and Rosneft’s own procurement regulations.
To participate in the procurement processes conducted by Rosneft Aero, a prospective partner must either be certified by Rosneft or Rosneft Aero, or file the requisite documents to be considered for certification as part of the purchasing process.
